Perennial, flowering plant native to North America.  


Therapeutic actions   

Anti-bacterial: destroy or inhibit the growth of bacteria 

Anti-fungal: destroys fungal infections 

Emetic: induces vomiting  

Expectorant: expels mucus in the respiratory system  


Safety  

Large doses internally are poisonous and lethal.  

Do not take undiluted extract drops internally.  

Lower dosage or discontinue us if stomach irritation, nausea, vomiting, or other uncomfortable symptoms occur.
